The Owaisi Qalander Fondation, which is a non-registered, non-profit organization, is the sole owner of this website.

This website has been launched by a team of disciples of the Chief Qalander Sarkar Noor Allah Marqadah, who is the founder of Silsila-i-Aalia Owaisia Qadria Qalandria, for the correction of doctrines and principles about Islam and to spread true teachings regardless of sectarianism.

The Foundation reserves the right to close the website anytime, amend or delete its material as and when required.

Although the Foundation invites any Muslim to raise any question but reserves the right to answer or deny to answer any question of Site Visitors.

The Foundation also reserves the right to amend the text of  "Disclaimer" if so required.

The Foundation reserves the right to delete without any notice any guestbook entry containing critical or indifferent comments about material on the site or activities of the mission of spreading Dignity and Excellency of Panjtan Paak (AS).
